**STATE BOARD MEMBER TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARING MARCH 5, 2008**

Fourth District Public Hearing


The State Board of Education will hold a public hearing for citizens in the Fourth Congressional District on Wednesday, March 5, 2008. The meeting will be held from 7:00-8:00 p.m. at the Westchester School, 758 Scott Boulevard, Decatur. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from citizens and educators regarding public education in the district.

Mr. Brad Bryant, the Board’s Fourth District representative, will conduct the hearing. Mr. Andrew Broy, Director of Charter Schools for the Department of Education, will be at this meeting as well.
