Career Clusters/Pathways Kick-Off Event (Video)
November 30, 2011 -- State School Superintendent Dr. John Barge and staff from the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) held the first Career Cluster Advisory meeting today at the Rockdale Career Academy. 

Last year's passage of House Bill 186 provides and expands career pathway options for high school students to ensure their college and career readiness. Superintendent Barge gave an overview of the Career Clusters/Pathways initiative and then breakout groups for each of the 17 Career Clusters met to discuss each cluster in detail.
