Athens, GA

Printing PowerPoint from PDF
When printing a pdf, in order to print more than one slide per page, go to File, Print. In the print dialog box, beside Page Scaling under the section Page Handling, select Multiple pages per sheet from the drop-down menu. In the same section, choose the number of pages you want to print on each sheet. 4 Pages per sheet works well. If you also click on the checkbox for Print page border, you will see the edges of each slide and have a place to put notes under each slide.
