Governor's Honors Program

The Governor's Honors Program is a six-week summer instructional program designed to provide intellectually gifted and artistically talented high school students challenging and enriching educational opportunities not usually available during the regular school year.

Home schooled students who are interested in being nominated for GHP should download and read the Governor's Honors Program Guidance 160-4-2-.09 document linked at the right. It is important that you contact your local school system GHP coordinator before September 1, 2011.

The 2012 summer program will be four weeks long, beginning on Sunday, June 24, and ending on Saturday, July 21, 2012.
